StrategyGen’s professional educators deliver unique and customized training modules. We design adult education experiences tailored to the needs of individuals, teams and government agencies that develop the full talents and capabilities of each learner. Our accredited instructors encourage professional participation in training programs that offer continuing education credits like CEUs, CMEs, CLEs, CPEs, and others.



StrategyGen has the experience to provide: Instructional design to meet the highest professional standard, training and delivery following the latest adult learning methodologies, and virtual delivery through webinars.

  • StrategyGen trained and coached leadership on change management, organizational behavior, and reliable design methodology. Utilized the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model framework for instructional design and development.

  • StrategyGen facilitates the diffusion of best practices and innovative solutions through education and training for the CMS Partnership for Patients (PfP) initiative.

  • StrategyGen has been providing leadership training, education, technical assistance, and clinical training via one-on-one, peer-to-peer, virtual and in person meetings for the CMS Hospital Improvement and Innovation Network and the CMS Hospital Engagement Network (HEN) initiative since 2011.

  • StrategyGen provided reliable design workshops, TeamSTEPPS, clinical bundles, best practices, data analysis, stakeholder web-based training, performance innovation and diffusion for the HEN.

  • StrategyGen provided Quality Improvement, LEAN and Six Sigma trained clinicians and subject matter expertise to drive performance and change through on-site coaching and virtual training and education for PfP.

  • StrategyGen’s legal and regulatory subject matter experts deliver professional education for a full range of legislative, administrative, and regulatory areas (e.g. HIPAA privacy practices).

  • StrategyGen facilitated coordination and collaboration for HUD Grant Management and Program Offices to recommend improvements for Grant Management measures and metrics resulting in a PRA Package.

  • StrategyGen delivered customized and time critical GAO mandated training and technical support to HUD Grantees.

  • StrategyGen worked with the Florida Hospital Association (FHA), integrated health systems, and multi-state insurers to understand the changing regulatory health care environment as a result of health care reform and to provide Accountable Care Organization education to hospital and health system administrators.
