StrategyGen is honored to serve as the Prime Contractor for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and its Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) through the Marketplace Plan Management Compliance Reviews (MPMCR) contract.

MPMCR supports compliance reviews of Qualified Health Plan issuers and direct-enrollment entities in Federally Facilitated Exchanges. This work helps CMS and CCIIO assess compliance with Marketplace-specific requirements, strengthen program oversight, and support effective operation of the Health Insurance Marketplace.

What is the CMS CCIIO MPMCR Contract?

The MPMCR contract is a mission-critical vehicle that supports CMS and CCIIO in overseeing compliance within the Health Insurance Marketplace.

This contract focuses on:

  • Evaluation of Qualified Health Plan (QHP) issuer and direct-enrollment entity compliance
