StrategyGen Awarded Air Force Health Care Integration Prime Contract

StrategyGen is providing leadership to integrate resources and coordinate care across the military’s health system to build healthy troops, communities, and a fit and ready force. StrategyGen collaborates with the Air Force to plan, design, implement, and evaluate population health, care management, and disease management programs based StrategyGen’s analysis of this population to improve community health. This work includes developing and delivering staff education programs regarding integrated health care processes and data management to evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of health care.”
